The purpose of this forum category is to provide a space for people to discuss ideas for the Zcash protocol, consensus changes and [ZIPs](https://github.com/zcash/zips/). This section should be a space for feedback and healthy debate on topics like pre-draft, draft or accepted ZIPs, consensus change ideas, network upgrades, etc.
