Are Alex Biryukov or Dmitry Khovratovich involved in the project?

I read through the Equihash paper (https://www.internetsociety.org/sites/default/files/blogs-media/equihash-asymmetric-proof-of-work-based-generalized-birthday-problem.pdf) and I was curious if Alex Biryukov or Dmitry Khovratovich are involved with the project.

They wrote the POW for Equihash that is being incorporated into Zcash but I do not think they are a direct part of the team. Team - Electric Coin Company - Electric Coin Company

Thanks for the link. It looks like quite a lot of the people who have been developing zk-SNARKs implementations are still involved.
e.g.
