Hiya @pbtc ! I agree with your opinion that explicit assumptions are desirable.
That’s part of my motivation in introducing a proposal that would increase the quantified explicit bias of Councilors in favor of ZECs future success. I call the proposal The Councilors’ Block Fund (TCBF):
I also agree with @Avichal’s assertion that “meaningful economic activity” is the necessary condition for ZEC to flourish, which is why I work on a project aimed at creating a novel form of economic activity based on ZEC, and leveraging its unique properties (private messaging, and private value transfer).
