I’ve tried finding that article a couple times over the past few years but haven’t had any luck. I could’ve sworn Tyler Cowen linked to it on Marginal Revolution, but I couldn’t find it there either. I think the guy who wrote it is active in the Pirate Chain community, but I don’t remember his name.
