I think @outgoing.doze is expressing frustration that many active, influential players in the ecosystem are not engaging in strong privacy practices on a personal level, and there are not many active influential contributors who engage in strong privacy practices. I happen to agree with this.

If there are active, influential contributors, I also would like to see where they are engaging.

If “cypherpunks” want to make themselves known, they will. I can imagine they have zero reason to respond on command because you want them to.

I responded because, as a ZEC holder, this crazy purity test of yours is dangerous, and I’m not sure I trust your motivations, so I am expressing my opinion on the matter.

I wanted to give a chance to disprove my point that this forum is devoid of anon cypherpunks.

It’s now pretty clear that this forum is not the “Zcash community”, as far as I can tell, it is the “KYC’d ZF/ECC community”; think about a rename someday.

Honestly I couldn’t care less about the name of the forums or about some imaginary label you create for me/the community because we dont follow your doctrine to a tee.

Many people have different definition of “anon cypherpunk”. If I understand the intent of your post correctly you would like know how many anonymous or pseudo anonymous community members exist.

Why not drop the “cypherpunk” part of your question and just focus on the anonymous part? You might offend less people (that are not anonymous but till consider themselves “cypherpunks”) and gain some insights about the many structural barriers that limit the level of engagement of anonymous/pseudo anonynous developers within the Zcash community.
