I understand, but it’s a direct argument against the very titlename of this topic that is 1 year old, already.
Devfund recipient should be focused on delivering, end of story. Being friendly or not is a distraction that doesn’t create value for a cryptocurrency project. I needed to say this.
Regardless of all my criticism, I’ll hug anyone (with consent of other party) who brings substantial performance improvements to the wallet, no matter if ECC or external engineer. Good vibes only, let’s be positive.

This is still a Code of Conduct violation. “Mercenary” is clearly derogatory in this context.
