I emailed them a few times but all I got was templates email saying “we are working hard on it”. Is there anyway I can retrieve my ZEC from Exodus wallet ??? ---

If you have the seed or private key, then you can attempt to recover or sweep the funds to a new wallet. ---

How can I do this? Please help. I only have the private key. ---

With Ywallet, you can use the sweep function to recover transparent funds with the key. [Sweep - YWallet](https://ywallet.app/tools/sweep) For a shielded Sapling address, you can import the key during normal account creation. ---
