# **Zcash Ambassador Monthly Report**

**Reporting Period: September 2026**

**Ambassador: Elzz**

# **Introduction & Monthly Summary**

My Ambassador work in September was centred around [Proof of Privacy](https://forum.zcashcommunity.com/t/proof-of-privacy-campaign-report/58031) — #ZcashClass26.

The public-facing education phase concluded on September 4, but the work around the campaign continued throughout the month. Much of September was spent reviewing participant activity, approving submissions, resolving discrepancies, validating campaign data, coordinating rewards and properly closing out the initiative.

A separate Proof of Privacy Campaign Report contains the full campaign breakdown. This report focuses on the work carried out during September and the outcomes from that work.

# **Key Activity**

## **Proof of Privacy —** #ZcashClass26

Proof of Privacy was the main Ambassador initiative I worked on during September.

The live education phase ran from August 31 to September 4, after which the campaign moved into its administrative and close-out stage.

Following the spaces, I spent time reviewing quest submissions, checking participant activity, approving completed tasks, validating leaderboard data, resolving discrepancies and compiling the final campaign metrics.

I also coordinated the distribution of participant rewards and worked on documenting the campaign properly.

The public sessions were only one part of delivering Proof of Privacy. A significant portion of the work happened after the visible campaign activities had ended.

# **Outcomes**

- 239 people had registered.

- 165 participants recorded activity.

- The five live sessions recorded 896 cumulative attendances.

- 125+ wallet addresses were submitted through the ZODL wallet activity.

- Participants shared posts based on what they learned during the education sessions.

- Proof of Privacy appeared on X Trends.

The full breakdown of the campaign results and supporting evidence is available in the separate **[Proof of Privacy Campaign Report](https://forum.zcashcommunity.com/t/proof-of-privacy-campaign-report/58031)**.

# **Community & Ecosystem Engagement**

Proof of Privacy remained the main point of community engagement during September.

Participant activity continued beyond the live sessions through quest submissions, learning posts, leaderboard activity and reward coordination.

The campaign also involved support from different parts of the Zcash ecosystem, including ZODL, ZecHub and Gleyo, while participants continued interacting with the campaign after the live education phase had ended.

# **Reflection**

Proof of Privacy gave me the opportunity to test a more participatory approach to onboarding and education, and to see how community involvement, structured activity and live learning can work together within one campaign.

The experience gave me a clearer model to build on in future iterations, particularly around expanding the campaign to more languages and regions.

# **Next Steps**

Following Proof of Privacy, I am interested in exploring future editions with:

- More language support.

- Broader participation from different regions.

# **Conclusion**

September was centred around Proof of Privacy, from the live education phase through campaign close-out.

The experience gave me a strong model to build on, especially as I look toward expanding future editions across more languages and regions.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve the Zcash community and the continued support from @ZecHub and everyone.
