Machine-to-machine coordination through blockchain payment is inefficient. Blockchain payment is for the hyperpayment concept realization.
I plan to make another blockchain without payment, but as the semantic storage using web ontology language (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_Ontology_Language).
However that OG web3 as a semantic web was defined for data. I use it for software explanation. Computers are exchanging and building semantics via blockchain, while blockchain acts as the semantic aligning of the entire open source ecosystem.
