Thanks for the discussion. I wanted to make sure to respond to a few of the points. On visibility, that’s fair. The site is three months old. But the proposal doesn’t depend on Proof Street’s reach, every piece would be mirrored open-access to ZecHub or whichever community hub ZCG prefers, so the work reaches Zcash readers through channels the community already uses. The publication’s own readership arrives through direct channels and practitioner sharing, which is the normal shape for a trade …

Thanks Stephen, we appreciate the clarification. The committee may be more open to considering this as a smaller standalone pilot at a proportional cost. Would you be open to rescoping the proposal that way? Any further work would need to be considered separately, not treated as an assumed continuation.
