**Summary — what we are asking for and why:**

$7,200 (Education category) to localize the 20 highest-impact ZecHub wiki pages into Russian and Ukrainian with a consistent 120+ term terminology glossary, plus an 8-week bilingual ecosystem digest published on Free2z and announced via ZecB/X. Goal: give the ~250M-speaker post-Soviet region a native-language onboarding path into Zcash self-custody and privacy, instead of fragmented machine-translated content.

**Track record (verifiable):**

- 4 merged wiki PRs in ZecHub/zechub: #2465 (Halo), #2473 (Privacy Tools), #2474 (Viewing Keys), #2475 (Solana\_ZEC\_to\_Shielded) — these established the standardization template the wiki now uses
- 3 further wiki PRs open for review: #2478, #2479, #2480
- Spanish-language Zcash content delivered via the Zcash Nigeria contributor program; articles on Free2z

**Milestones:**

1. RU glossary + 10 core pages merged ($2,400, 2026-12-15)
2. UA glossary + 10 core pages merged ($2,400, 2027-01-20)
3. 8 weekly bilingual digest issues + final report ($2,400, 2027-03-10)

Acceptance is binary and verifiable in-repo (merged PR counts); native-speaker sign-offs are recorded in PR review comments.

Happy to answer any questions from the committee or the community. Feedback on the page selection criteria is especially welcome — we plan to freeze the list of 20 pages at Milestone 1 start with maintainer input.
