Focus all efforts on ZSA (Yes vote)
Delete NSM completely! (No vote)
This moment in time needs the focus of core developers on ZSA an everyone else trying to find methods to educate and explain ZSA for user adoption.
Good luck, thanks in advance!

For the NSM, I believe it’s a mistake to break it down into two options: NSM vs. NSM burning only. These polls should be used to determine whether the community generally supports the NSM as a solution for network sustainability. The technical details of implementation (such as whether to implement only ZIP 233 or all three ZIPs) can be addressed with the engineers after the polls. As I mentioned on the October 31st Arborist Call, Shielded Labs is flexible on this point.
The primary purpose of these polls should be to determine the long-term strategy the community wants to pursue for network sustainability. If the NSM isn’t the solution, what is? Do we want to add tail emissions when it becomes necessary or rely on ZEC price appreciation and transaction fees to remain sufficient? Or, as a community, do we not see this issue as a priority and prefer to keep kicking the can down the road and decide later?
(Speaking on my own behalf) I’m not sure I agree. I think polling for the NSM as a concept would be useful, but what we really need to decide at this point is whether or not we should go forward with implementing ZIPs 233, 234 and 235.
I voted to prioritize ZSAs, tech debt and Zec Burning part of NSM (which ZSAs probably need anyway)
My heart says YES TO ALL. My software engineer brain says: “avoid scope creep” instead.
If you ask me, the difference between all the items and the selected ones shall be scheduled for NU8 right away.
Another thing that drove the logic of my vote is that introducing NSM and deprecating sprout much is too much change for the “economic” equation of the Zcash monetary ecosystem. I think that such changes shall be introduced in an isolated way that allows researchers to study the phenomenon and help us draw conclusions on the impact of those changes.
ZSA First!!!
