Let’s talk about ASIC mining

No man. Actually for that you have to ask your forum members as i saw so far all claims from 10MH/s up over 100 MH/s up to half the network to be Asic. (IF you read through the thread you will see the various claims on what Asic powers the members think is on.

I’am not on that wave by the way as i prefer to follow the Zcash Network hashing chart and until some days there was only 1 pool with <10% that ist mostly Bitmains pool with Asics.

But since yesterday i researched again the Zcash Network Hash Chart and there is a new pool we do not yet know who is in charge of it. It is currently the #4 by hashrate pool with some 85 MH/s (if i remember right!).
There are not many options what this pool could be as all bigger pools are known which leaves only these options in my opinion:

  • Antpool Pool for Zcash
  • a new NiceHash/Genesis/Miningrental Cloud for Zcash
  • a new Asic Player
