I’m sorry that you are upset. Everyone can be upset. Maybe this time the different ecosystem actors did not choose the path you think it is the best for Zcash.

I am not upset at all for the reason you mention. I don’t know what “ecosystem actors” you are referring to, but it certainly does not include a major one: ZEC holders.

One single closed question was asked to them, with a very short timeframe, without much communication around it, without auditing, without ability to participate from an offline wallet that is wildly used. Should I go on or will that suffice to make the point clear?

You want me to be nice but you say some non-sense that is forcing me to explain those basic facts.

I am not seeing any willingness from ECC or ZF to expand resources to poll ZEC holders, properly and on a regular basis. That’s why I’m upset.

And yes, I will remain a Zodler because I have zero doubt that history will prove me right. The reason why I don’t just remain a Zodler and just silently wait, is because I value time as well. The sooner we know what ZEC holders want, the better for Zcash.

getting to know the perspective of users like yourself really important to everyone developing on Zcash. It might be the basics for you. But it might not be for others.
