# Miner dashboard showing less shares than ZECMiner program

Hello,  
I decided to try out ZCash mining for fun just to see what all the recent mining hype has been about.  
I have a R9 270x 4gb thats pushing out about 175 H/s using ZECMiner.

Before I restarted the script, the program said I had 158 accepted shares, while [zcash.flypool.org](http://zcash.flypool.org) says that I have 18 valid shares mined.

Why is there such a high disparity between what is displayed on flypool and what is displayed in my miner?
