You are right. You can order Zcash mining by buying hashing power though (like explained [here](https://forum.zcashcommunity.com/t/nicehash-zcash-cloud-mining-rental-on-demand-no-contracts-you-pick-the-pool-we-provide-the-miners/3022/4)).
