Wow, has time flown by! In a short time this project has blossomed from concept to a collaborative community of Zcashers from around the world. Together, weā€™ve been making big things happen in short periods of time. Today was the final MFZ Weekly Sync over in Discord until ZconV. If you stopped by you know it was emotional because the dream **is** being realized. We **are** accomplishing what we set out to do. **And it feels so exciting!** (And if Iā€™m being honest, weā€™re also all exhausted at the moment. šŸ˜…) Please stop by and listen to our [MFZ session during ZconV](https://www.youtube.com/live/ayEiaVU-p_Y?feature=shared), which will include an overview of how this project got started, evolved, lessons learned and surprising metrics. And of courseā€¦the big reveal of the My First Zcash workbook! Get ready to download your copy and share your suggested improvements - or better yet, get directly involved in shaping v2 of MFZ! Details to follow at ZconV! ![Screenshot 2024-04-24 at 5.29.30 PM](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/zcash/original/3X/3/1/31447dff73299b7191023b32104e9f171252a7cc.png) ---

**Congrats!** I took a fast skim through the workbook, and Iā€™ve gotta say its incredible. Tons of in-depth content, covers basically everything, but it also doesnā€™t look ~daunting _in spite of covering such so many complex topics_. ---

Hello Zcash friends! Although the My First Zcash project volunteers are on hiatus for the summer, the work continues to have a positive impact around the world. As of today weā€™ve achieved a new milestone of having the flipbook downloaded **more than 400 times**! I feel so proud of the work that was done by the v1 team of volunteers! We did it! This Fall we will focus on improvements in preparation for the print-ready version. Please join the v2 team meeting in September to get involved; together we can continue moving Zcash adoption forward. :zcash: [Previous page](https://forum.zcashcommunity.com/t/my-first-zcash/46826.md?page=1) [Next page](https://forum.zcashcommunity.com/t/my-first-zcash/46826.md?page=3)
