# Negative Transparent Balance

I sent through some Zec to one of my wallets on cryptonator.
Initially to trial their service i sent through 0.0001 which is their minimum requirement, went through without a problem. I sent through 0.001. Once again, no problem. So I tried 0.07 and it hasn’t come through yet.
I decided to check zcha.in and my transparency balance is negative?

Zcha.in sometimes shows incorrect balances --which may be negative-- because it misses some blocks, and therefore does not take into account the transactions in those blocks.
I recommend using another block explorer such as Minergate: [https://minergate.com/blockchain/zec/blocks](https://minergate.com/blockchain/zec/blocks)
