Hello  
I have some zec from 2018, now after a long time I want to transfer this asset  
But I did not succeed and I got an error. I wanted you to help me how to get this amount out of jaxx wallet via private key. Thank you for your help.

Hi, if you have the seed phrase you should be able to install the Jaxx app on some other device like a desktop and restore the wallet that way.

If that doesn’t work I have heard that people have had luck using Coinomi wallet to restore from frozen wallets.
