# Question about locations of mining pools?

I am in the US. And am mining the Europe pool. If I switch to the US pool would my solutions rate increase?

Why not report here what you found on another forum?
The answer should be “YES” - the closer the pool is to you, the better results for mining. Although difference may be small.

By switching locations there is no gain in sols. But by joining a pool closer to you. There will be less stale shares.
