Shielding dev rewards

Is it a good idea to store dev fund rewards in z-addr? Wondering if @amiller (ZF) @zooko (ECC) thought about it. It would set a good example for others to store their stash in z-addr.

looks like shielded multisig is the answer. May be individual recipients of dev fund (indirectly through ZF/ECC) can store their ZEC in z-address.
