Can you please ask about the risk of the Lockbox being _underfunded_ which could negatively impact the need for the creation of the NDFM for disbursement. If the 12% lockbox/ 8% ZCG Hybrid proposal is determined as the path forward, after 1 year the lockbox would only have about $2,000,000 if ZEC holds on around $30. Now that the Dev Fund discussion is coming to a resolution we should think about the other big topics for NU6+ like PoS/PoW and how that will work. PoS is an opportunity for new coinholder voting mechanisms to be implemented and a move to PoW/PoS before full PoS is also an opportunity for an [algorithm change](https://forum.zcashcommunity.com/t/bring-back-gpu-miners/46407). I would like to advocate for both to be seriously considered as we move forward into late 2024 and beyond. ---
