Can you please ask about the risk of the Lockbox being underfunded which could negatively impact the need for the creation of the NDFM for disbursement.
If the 12% lockbox/ 8% ZCG Hybrid proposal is determined as the path forward, after 1 year the lockbox would only have about $2,000,000 if ZEC holds on around $30. That isn’t a ton of money for the entire ecosystem.
I can ask this in a different way, How frequently do we expect the lockbox signers to be collectively reviewing/ signing grant requests?
Would there be a possibility of doing support-proportional disbursements?
a crude example
A grant request is for $200,000 for a 6 months project. The 10 signer NDFM results in 7 supporting and 3 not supporting.
Could the lockbox then disburse $140,000 rather than the full $200,000?
Should another Dev Fund debate happen next year?
