Just changed to “At least one” confirmation for Zcash, and switched to a custom fragment with 1.1.8 as well. Will report back!

Unfortunately this has not resolved my issues, in the last few days we had three more transactions that I can see in Cake Wallet using the same seed but that never showed in BTCPay, i.e. no Notify TX log lines for those transactions or anything.
I’ve disabled our Zcash support in the meantime.
Unfortunately, with this level of information, there is no way to troubleshoot the issue.
Happy to provide any info that’s helpful, but the logs don’t show anything interesting at all.
Please let me know how I can get debug logs from that container or something! Happy to assist however I can.
There is a db file in the container that contains the wallet state. Could you check if the transaction table is missing the 3 txs too?
I’m not quite sure how to get info out of that, would you mind sharing info on how to read that db file, or perhaps I can share it over DMs as it only has view keys in it?
it’s a standard sqlite3 database. You can use sqlite3 or sqlite browser.

It doesn’t contain any of the last 6 transactions, with the last transaction seen in block 3213715 , but then 6 more coming after that and being unrecognized/unseen.
Any updates here @hanh or things I can check out? I’m wary of re-enabling Zcash until some solution is found as it has caused a lot of headache for my users/support staff when these payments aren’t recognized.
