A URL isn’t resolving early in the build process. Looking at a recent guide here, there are some differences in the build [zechub/RaspberryPi4FullNode.md at main · dismad/zechub · GitHub](https://github.com/dismad/zechub/blob/main/site/guides/RaspberryPi4FullNode.md) such as " ``` sudo apt-get install gcc-aarch64-linux-gnu ``` Next change directory into the freshly downloaded zcashd release and run: HOST=aarch64-linux-gnu ./zcutil/build.sh " I’m not sure if this is why it’s 404’ing 4 U but I would suggest following it and trying again, see if that doesnt work. ---

Thank you for the response. I believe all of those highlighted differences are relevant only for cross compilation. I’m trying to build locally on the Pi (I know, its slow). The compilation works fine for v5.2.0 without having to - install `g++-multilib` (unavailable on the pi anyway) - install `gcc-aarch64-linux-gnu` - specify `HOST=aarch64-linux-gnu` …so I think there is something else amiss. I’m following this guide which does include a 5.3.0 reference so has been updated recently. Sorry, @opacey. Our aarch64-linux builds in CI, etc. are all done via cross-compilation, so we missed this.
