What's the easiest way to create a wallet?

Hello,

My friends and I have some ZEC in Kraken and we want to distribute it in our personal Kraken’s accounts, but it is not allow to send ZEC to other Kraken accounts.

So, what’s the easiest way to distribute it? I have thought in create a personal wallet in my computer and then send the coins to Kraken. How can I create the wallet in my pc ?
