# zainod 0.8.0 – 2026-08-14 Net Change: [(+31,378, -13,392)](https://github.com/zingolabs/zaino/pull/1454)

Hey folks, today zainod 0.8.0 is officially released publication will follow in the next 24 hours to [crates.io](https://crates.io/crates/zainod), [dockerhub](https://hub.docker.com/layers/zingodevops/zainod/0.8.0), and [github](https://github.com/zingolabs/zaino/releases/tag/0.8.0).

Details are in the [CHANGELOG](https://github.com/zingolabs/zaino/releases/tag/0.8.0).

Our next release will be on Friday, August 28 2026.

- [upgrade of the mempool, including vuln mitigation](https://github.com/zingolabs/zaino/pull/1416)
