No, there is no “official” Zcash airdrop, there never has been and never will be. This is a third party and likely a scam.
The “payout date” is in the future and probably won’t happen.
Worse this could be some sort of a privacy attack. Whoever running this is only using T-addresses which are transparent and if you give them your address (plus other personal info like your email) the small amount can be used against you, this is known as a dusting attack:
Do not participate in these kinds of promotions, they are trying to get something from you. There is no such thing as free money or free Zcash.
