**We are thrilled to announce that we have achieved our 04 milestone of 2026.** #### Milestone 04 - estimated completion date: 04/30/2026 - ### Full April Report on [HackMD](https://hackmd.io/@zKmano/BJJ5e56TWg) + [Github Full April 2026 Report - Complete](https://github.com/james-katz/zcash-brazil/milestones?state=closed) ### Highlights April has been a very intense month, and it’s not over yet! Today we still have a privacy night in person! In April, we had a great event with in-person and virtual appearances by Zcash community members like Pacu and Josh. Both spoke and participated in ipe city, and Pacu had the opportunity to introduce himself, talk about Zcash, and meet some members of the Florianópolis community, so thank you very much. - Pacu [https://x.com/i/broadcasts/1wGWjapMAEQKQ](https://x.com/i/broadcasts/1wGWjapMAEQKQ) - [https://x.com/zcashbrazil/status/2043761916460351843](https://x.com/zcashbrazil/status/2043761916460351843) - [https://x.com/ipecity/status/2041510544264372407](https://x.com/ipecity/status/2041510544264372407) - [https://x.com/zcashbrazil/status/2042001113147195886](https://x.com/zcashbrazil/status/2042001113147195886) - [https://x.com/michael2xl/status/2041659367863296096](https://x.com/michael2xl/status/2041659367863296096) - [https://x.com/michael2xl/status/2042044897608294425](https://x.com/michael2xl/status/2042044897608294425) - [https://x.com/michael2xl/status/2042591404690444329](https://x.com/michael2xl/status/2042591404690444329) - [https://x.com/michael2xl/status/2043010233417490896](https://x.com/michael2xl/status/2043010233417490896) - [https://x.com/michael2xl/status/2043399591911886979](https://x.com/michael2xl/status/2043399591911886979) We’ve also already made most of our swags, paid suppliers for the big upcoming events, Token Nation [https://x.com/tokennation\_io/status/2042338467527713025](https://x.com/tokennation_io/status/2042338467527713025) and Blockchain Rio, as well as Zcon Vozes 2, which will feature members of Near, a project that has greatly helped Zcash with Near Intents. We are closer to André these days, who recently received a grant and will represent Brazil at Network School, and we will collaborate extensively with him. We are sponsoring a month of The/Garage, Solana’s official home in Brazil, and it’s hosting the Cloark team, who came in 3rd place in the last hackathon. They modeled their solution after Zcash and the viewing key and received $300,000 in acceleration funding. It’s been great to be closer to builders. ### Our team has initiated several systematic initiatives for public spheres, such as: - Shielded voting (live) - [https://voting.zkglobalcredit.tech/polls](https://voting.zkglobalcredit.tech/polls) - [bountzcash.org](http://bountzcash.org) - supporting a more secure environment - ZK solutions research initiatives: [https://zkglobalcredit.tech/](https://zkglobalcredit.tech/), Under development. - (Ideia only) - ZAL [Zcash Applications Lab](https://github.com/ZcashApplicationsLab/lab) - A continuous open-source hackathon style for privacy-preserving applications. - LiveZEC: A tool for livestreamers to receive $ZEC donations: - Donations appear live on stream - Optional display of memo messages - ZECDEX - p2p, shielded escrow (FROST), desktop app - Under development by James, and Pac. ![image](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/zcash/original/3X/c/6/c6de4d9339dcdbe7e3868a164d76a62901b4fc16.jpeg) ### Partners - **Rafaelando** 01/04 YOUTUBE [https://www.youtube.com/live/gEENahCESb0?si=aZrIw05QD4yAnLGH](https://www.youtube.com/live/gEENahCESb0?si=aZrIw05QD4yAnLGH) 07/04 YOUTUBE [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=31UvLO1H0yo&t=21s](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=31UvLO1H0yo&t=21s) 09/04 TWITTER [https://x.com/rafaelando\_\_/status/2042237951531184229?s=20](https://x.com/rafaelando__/status/2042237951531184229?s=20) 09/04 YOUTUBE [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=57stabil2dY](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=57stabil2dY) 10/04 TWITTER [https://x.com/rafaelando\_\_/status/2042587681964662845?s=20](https://x.com/rafaelando__/status/2042587681964662845?s=20) 14/04 YOUTUBE [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s4\_umkixV4A](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s4_umkixV4A) 14/04 INSTAGRAM [https://www.instagram.com/p/DXIFvSDyWbj/](https://www.instagram.com/p/DXIFvSDyWbj/) 16/04 TWITTER [https://x.com/rafaelando\_\_/status/2044808731805049070](https://x.com/rafaelando__/status/2044808731805049070) 16/04 YOUTUBE [https://www.youtube.com/live/cKK15KcSGDo?si=q0w9mvp17SZ3kUfY](https://www.youtube.com/live/cKK15KcSGDo?si=q0w9mvp17SZ3kUfY) 16/04 INSTAGRAM [https://www.instagram.com/reel/DXNRAPYhLHP/?igsh=MTM5ZDlhaXFuODBuaA==](https://www.instagram.com/reel/DXNRAPYhLHP/?igsh=MTM5ZDlhaXFuODBuaA==) 23/04 TWITTER [https://x.com/rafaelando\_\_/status/2047344487349784586?s=20](https://x.com/rafaelando__/status/2047344487349784586?s=20) - **Patrick** : > **[Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/cripto.geracao/?hl=en)** - **Offchain Brazil** - [https://www.youtube.com/live/Trk5J7pe9pk?si=pVom3yztBLENekB2](https://www.youtube.com/live/Trk5J7pe9pk?si=pVom3yztBLENekB2) - [https://www.youtube.com/live/2K12i\_mtGKo?si=iWDXjhr351bp32Vm](https://www.youtube.com/live/2K12i_mtGKo?si=iWDXjhr351bp32Vm) - [https://www.youtube.com/live/vCVaVmdu5HQ?si=iZLRzhcTBeDZJUC8](https://www.youtube.com/live/vCVaVmdu5HQ?si=iZLRzhcTBeDZJUC8) - [https://www.youtube.com/live/w6p6W1t0ddQ?si=PASWfNp2bVHPYjag](https://www.youtube.com/live/w6p6W1t0ddQ?si=PASWfNp2bVHPYjag) - [https://www.youtube.com/live/OCKUmWsJGjs?si=W6xLgw5W29\_U4t18](https://www.youtube.com/live/OCKUmWsJGjs?si=W6xLgw5W29_U4t18) * * * ### Dev team James, Pac, Andy April Report ## Infrastructure & Operations - All infrastructure remained stable and operational throughout the month. - AWS (Lightsail + EC2), Contabo VPS instances, API keys, and related services are **fully paid and up to date**. - No major downtime or service disruptions were observed. - Continued maintenance of backend services and monitoring of system performance. * * * ## Development We tested OpenClaw on our Discord server for a period of time, but it proved to be too expensive and overly complex for a simple assistant use case.
