Currently, the Zcash Community Grants Committee is open to new potential members. One of the ways, current ZCG members are accountable is answering challenging questions about the operational workings and decisions made by its members on behalf of the Zcash Community.

One of the mandatory rules stated inside zip 1015 outlines:

2. ZCG SHOULD support well-specified work proposed by the grantee, at reasonable market-rate costs. They can be of any duration or ongoing without a duration limit. Grants of indefinite duration SHOULD be reviewed periodically (on a schedule that the Zcash Community Grants Committee considers appropriate for the value and complexity of the grant) for continuation of funding.

Can you help educate the Zcash Community:

What auditable controls are in place for the ZCG treasury?

Does ZCG have any method to evaluate the treasury for Proof of Reserves?

Has there been any ZCG discussions on the expenses granted to the Financial Privacy Foundation (FPF) in 2025?

When FPF expenses ZCG for services delivered is it the Financial Privacy Foundation paying the Financial Privacy Foundation?

Are ZCG members accountable for the Dev Fund treasury?
