## 🗂 Summary

November was another high-impact month for our community. We successfully hosted **two offline events** , launched the regional website **Zec UA Hub** , scaled our Telegram discussions, and received a proposal from the community to build a **real ZEC payment product**. We also saw record content engagement and continued building momentum across all platforms.

## 🌐 Launch of **Zec UA Hub** — [https://zecua.space](https://zecua.space)

We launched **[Zec UA Hub](https://zecua.space)** — our Ukrainian regional website and onboarding portal for the local ecosystem.

The platform includes:

- Educational articles about Zcash

- Glossary of ZEC-related terms

- Wallet onboarding instructions

- Community event updates

- Ukrainian-language explainer content for new users

## 🎲 Event: **Zault-17 – First Game Test**

We organized the first **test session of our original board game, Zault-17** , after two months of preparation. ([https://x.com/Zcash\_ua/status/1987883062131106044](https://x.com/Zcash_ua/status/1987883062131106044))

Key stats:

- **30+ pages of rules, missions, and storylines**

- **400+ game cards**

- **10+ participants**

The game takes players into a post-collapse world where privacy, strategy, and trust outweigh brute force. Players complete missions, debate, negotiate, and **learn why privacy matters through gameplay**.

The test went great — we believe this format could become a powerful storytelling and educational tool for introducing people to Zcash values.

## 👥 Event: **Zcash Workshop (Offline)**

We hosted a second in-person workshop with **20+ participants** , focused on:

- Installing and using ZEC wallets

- How ZEC differs from BTC

- Why ZEC price surged recently

- What’s next for the project

The event was highly engaging and helped reinforce the importance of **privacy as a foundation** in financial education.

## 💬 Telegram Community Growth

Our **Ukrainian Zcash Telegram chat** now includes **38 active members** who regularly discuss:

- ZEC usage

- Private transactions

- Metadata protection

- The ethics of financial autonomy

We’re continuing the ZEC-rewarded discussion campaign with new rules in December.

## 💡 Community-Led Product Idea

At the end of November, one of our members proposed a new **ZEC-powered e-commerce payment tool**.  
It’s currently in concept stage, and we’re working with the contributor on defining the scope, UX, and MVP roadmap.  
This could be **the first real ZEC-based product** initiated by our local community.

## 📅 December Plans

- Publish beginner guides on ZEC, privacy, and wallets

- Launch a seasonal community event

- Prepare a visual PDF titled **“Zcash for Ukraine”**

- Support the product contributor on early-stage MVP work

- Scale up Telegram engagement and chat activity
