# Zcash4win import issue

Hi people I need help with zcash4win. Namely I imported my private key from Jaxx to zcash4win. But I can’t see any ZEC available on zcash4win even though I can see my address imported. Any advice?

Are you 100% synced to Blockchain as that is mostly the problem that you are not synced yet

I would back up your wallet and try to start the client with `-reindex` if your issue isn’t resolved yet
