Yes, it is - part of the allocation under “Public Allocations (future RPGF programs)” is earmarked for the Zcash Shielded Airdrop. We’re still working on the latest shielded airdrop protocol on our side ([ref](https://forum.zcashcommunity.com/t/technical-rfc-zec-nam-shielded-airdrop-mechanism/47301/11)), and I hope to drop another update there pretty soon!
