# ZEC stuck in Trust Wallet

I am BRAND NEW HERE. Struggling to get ZEC off an old (2020) TRUST wallet. But when I restored my old wallet (12-word), it only showed me 1 coin out of 4, and that was NOT my ZEC.
Also, so new I am not sure how to start a proper message here… Maybe you can help, on both accounts??

Are you suggesting trying to load my Trust Wallet info onto zkool? My problem, partly solved now, is that I had 4 coins in the Trust wallet in 2020… I was able to SEE only my XRP — which has now been transferred to a secure custody. But the other 3 coins, including ZEC, do not show up.
I have been in crypto since 2019, but am not facile with these Wallets. Thanks for your feedback/help.

Zkool will only restore zcash wallets, and it’s the one we recommend because it’s the most widely compatible. But if there are other coin types in the wallet, then you will need to use trust.
