* * * # Here is our Jan KPI report! πŸ‚ β„πŸ›‘ πŸ¦“ ### Data ![2026](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/zcash/original/3X/0/4/04f15eeb5ee4aebe7944ce63fc6125299e6c7f27.png) ### Performance ![performance](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/zcash/original/3X/2/0/20ad32bb61d0b2dc5dfa34756d17683fc7ce1112.png) ## Special note: You can find the LibreOffice document [here](https://drive.proton.me/urls/1QKK07Q1HW#b4QsWT6c1604). ## Highlights: - Number of Twitter posts by month ## `2025` - `28` (Nov) - `24` (Dec) - `33` (Jan) - `28` (Feb) - `32` (Mar) - `40` (April) - `31` (May) - `30` (June) - `18` (July) - `33` (Aug) - `37` (Sept) - `27` (Oct) - `24` (Nov) - `21` (Dec) ## `2026` - `17` (Jan) * * * January went quick as we onboarded our newest team members and set our plans in motion. We are already seeing the extra hands help with productivity, especially in our dev work. Our best performance this month came on the Github side. Love seeing all the contributors!!! For example our ZecHub-wiki PR’s improved by 235%. We showed negative performance on Twitter coming off the ATH we saw in December. I had the privilage to attend Zeboot 2026 and meet folks form around the world. Long story short, if you are developing on anything in the Zcash ecosystem, and you can find time to attend, do it. πŸ‚ > [@Zeboot 2026](https://forum.zcashcommunity.com/t/zeboot-2026/54418): > > Wanted to share my experience with the community to highlight how important IRL events can be. Depsite the tensions, we ALL had a wonderful event, and I think, found some clarity. Builders take note. I don’t get the chance to see many folks so when the stars aligned I took full advantage! To whom everyone I met, it was brillant talking! The amount of diverse, smart, and fully commited folks at the event was just awesome. Here are some pictures from around the area that I think captured the mag… - Our best tweet this month yielded 22,400 impressions. - Areas that were negative vs last month: - Twitter Performance - Top contributors to our Github(s) this month include: ### Zechub ![zechubGITcontribs](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/zcash/original/3X/d/2/d2889bf5e11468ca3a013a33cb2014b16e41c093.png) ### Zechub-wiki ![zechub-wikiGITcontribs](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/zcash/original/3X/4/1/4165adff38eb6a2d7f953fdc079a910ac31fcb85.png) note: most of my commits come from our dashboard data uploads * * * ## Shielded Data ![shieldedStats](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/zcash/original/3X/f/f/ffe8e3d1f0e81e3eacf757dbd53c00b61d1effa3.png) open sourced: [here](https://github.com/ZecHub/zechub-wiki/tree/main/public/data/zcash). ### Dashboard updates: #### YouTube KPI HOWTO We [built](https://github.com/ZecHub/zechub-wiki/blob/main/public/data/youtube/ExtractYT_Metrics.md) and open sourced one way folks can monitor and display YouTube data to help understand performance of videos.
