It seems your objection isn’t to funding in general, just that some of it might be duplicated.
So maybe we can avoid this whole conflict by giving zec-wallet funding on a longer term basis for the non duplicate expenses (devs, some amount of hosting) and then ongoing funding for the other things until the time when they are no longer duplicated?
