# Помогите с Zecwallet

здравствуйте. В Zecwallet Fullnode постоянно выбивает при открытии - Failed to start zcashd. Giving up! Please look at the debug.log file.  
C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Zcash/debug.log  
Please file an issue with Zecwallet

Если ошибки останутся, пишите попробуем разобраться.

Я переустанови кошелек и все теперь работает. Я импортировал вчера свой приватный ключ и ничего не произошло, ключ не импортировался хотя писали что в течении 6 часов должно все установится.

Синхронизация уже завершена? Синхронизация полной ноды может занимать до суток.

Синхронизация 100%. Появился сегодняшний перевод, а остальной счет невидно

Два варианта:

Возможно что Вы импортировали только один приватный ключ (от последнего созданного адреса). Если это так, то необходимо импортировать все ключи от всех ранее созданных адресов на старом кошельке.

Второй вариант, провести повторную реиндексацию (о том что это такое - [Rescan и Reindex в кошельке, что это и как использовать?](https://bytwork.com/articles/rescan-i-reindex-v-koshelke-chto-eto-i-kak-ispolzovat)). Поможет в случае, если Вы абсолютно уверенны, что использовали только один адрес (тот от которого был приватный ключ). Проверить наличие или отсутствие других транзакций, помимо последней, а также правильный баланс, можно в эксплорере блокчейна, например здесь - [https://explorer.zcha.in/](https://explorer.zcha.in/)

Вводите именно адрес (начинается с t), ни в коем случае не копируйте в буфер обмена свой приватный адрес и никуда его не вводите кроме кошелька. Z-адрес проверить невозможно, но то что реиндексация выявляет все возможные транзакции - 100%

PS не знаю Ваш технический уровень, поэтому пишу подробно.
