Project Summary

Implement native WalletConnect v2 support for Zcash, enabling seamless wallet-to-dapp connectivity throughout the larger DeFi ecosystem.

Project Description

Build a complete, production-ready WalletConnect v2 SDK for Zcash with support for all address types (shielded and transparent), together with updating dapps and wallets to support the new integration. BazaarSwap will be the flagship dapp demonstrating the capability.

Implementing WalletConnect v2 for Zcash would unlock broader DeFi participation while maintaining Zcash’s privacy guarantees.
