Do you support using the trademark to define what is the true Zcash chain?
You are thinking this as different, not interconnected parts. And your logic would be correct, if it would represent reality.

You are saying it was immoral for them to create a dev fund fork with the same name and ticker. Do you think the trademark should have been used to legally prohibit this, and to proclaim that only a Zcash fork without a devfund is legitimate (ignoring for moment that they owned the trademark)?
I am saying intent. The intent was not honest. Thatās all there is to it.

I think Zcash has a deflationary money supply, with a known asymptotic halving curve.
New ZEC generated in the consensus process is not inflating the money supply, because itās already explicitly accounted for.
Thereās a fixed amount of gold on earth (approx.), therefore mining gold isnāt inflating the gold supply.
Iām just making this upā¦ BUT.. I am wary of accepting terms without consideration.
