I have a difficult time following community grant progress, sifting through fourm threads etc.

If the community were able to view a punch list of smaller milestones for each of the grants it would provide quite a bit of clarity of where things are at and how far the grant is deviating from the original scope.

Thanks for this suggestion. I’ve been looking at ways to improve our communication and transparency of grants. Im hoping we are able to display a live dashboard on the Zcash Community Grants site with links to forum etc. If there is anything specific you’d like to see let me know.

I want to see a list of actions that need to be completed for each grant milestone which get ticked off as they are completed

Also if the scope gets revised for whatever reason then the list goes to a rev 2 and so on so the community can go back and see what has changed since inception

I like this idea! I may submit a proposal to develop a grant milestone dashboard that visualizes progress with indicators and alerts.
