Thanks for the clarification @str4d. A thing I’ve noticed lately is that ECC has largely withdrawn from the rest of the technical community and no longer communicates the details of what it’s doing, or the decision process that leads to its requirements [1]. In that environment it’s surprising to see you be upset about a misunderstanding. Of course people aren’t going to understand your notes when you aren’t discussing them!
Come back to the forums at least and discuss what’s going on here. A one hour arborist call every few weeks is not a good process. This community is funding ECC generously and deserves more information.
[1] As an example, the Foundation recently held a technical meeting to discuss the Halo upgrade and not one ECC engineer showed up. What was that about?
