Following up on our application after the 8/17 decision. We appreciate the committee’s review and the kind words about the team, and we are fully on board with building a broader, structured approach to light client infrastructure rather than funding individual nodes.

The short version: we share @Hanh’s view that reducing reliance on zec.rocks through node discovery and an operator registration platform is what the ecosystem needs; we will keep our Mumbai endpoint, public status page, and reproducible benchmarks running as an open public good whether or not this is funded; and we will soon publish a design writeup for that kind of framework, offered as a contribution to the discussion rather than a proposal.
