What changed:
- 30,000 USD instead of 65,000.
- No dependency on ZODL. Interop means “works with released Zodl builds over the transport Zodl already ships”, that is the milestone 2 acceptance test, and any wallet side change is out of scope.
- The custody model is spelled out with the trade offs of each side.
- Shielded assets are named explicitly in the signing and clear signing milestones.
