hard to realize.
either the GPU miner would have to talk to the daemon via getblocktemplate ( maybe this works? GitHub - nginnever/zogminer: an OpenCL Zcash GPU miner probably not implemented )
or your daemon would need a stratum server ( see here Which software to create your own pool? )
