Sure! To be clear, if all miners are in favor, I’m happy with 60%. I moreso want to point out that we will have the issue that a THV “No vote” will either have to be revoted on to ensure its not a parameterization question, or if its fundamental opposition to splitting tx fees.
We should generally design votes, so that they aren’t inherently designed to be revoted upon if the community chose No. (In a limit case, imagine its 90% no, but everyone did so because they think its fundamentally to split fee. Its bad polling design to force a second vote. However if they voted no because its due to parameter selection, thats perfectly reasonable to go with a second vote for a smaller parameter)
