The review that @str4d, @nuttycom, @shieldedmark, and I just did on the PR (I also did further review after our R&D meeting) has reinforced this view. The ZIP doesn’t define a stable fee adjustment algorithm, and is therefore not at a stage where it is reasonably comparable with the other proposals in my opinion. I shouldn’t have withdrawn my objection to it being included in the poll.
