Since the approval of that grant, the team members on the proposal have left the organization, and all the IP and work product listed for retroactive compensation were sold at a profit of $8m USD.
Given the material changes since the grant was approved, this proposal is to CANCEL the previous grant, which has not been dispersed from the lockbox.
