I have been pondering this proposal of yours and your earlier proposal about the long-term security budget (both of which I support). Both proposals address existential issues inherited from Bitcoin. I was wondering if we should make use of the remaining ZEC in the deprecated pools to fund long-term security while honoring the 21 million supply cap.
