Could/should/would a standard exist for how Zcash proof/receipt of payment that can be used on other chains as receipt to claim rights to an action or claim a token etc?
Actually it wouldn’t have to be only use by other chain. You could also use a proof for other scenarios like application licensing where the application will only allow pro features when the user enters a valid proof of subscription fees being paid etc.
