Hello, I would like to ask two questions: as a Windows user, will I be able to mine zcash using a windows focused software and will developers release a Windows client?

I am interested in running zcash in Windows.
Anyone knows if it possible to run via Cygwin or similar? (not on a virtual machine)
I’m also a C++ developer; has anyone already raised and listed the work that must be made in order to port the code to windows? I’m available to help.
